1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase. A second email with a tracking number will be sent once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination. All our shipping methods are tracked for your peace of mind.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important Information)

Car Life Store ships globally and operates a transparent, hybrid model to handle customs duties and taxes for a seamless experience.

  • FOR CUSTOMERS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM & EUROPEAN UNION (Zones C, D, E):

    • Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - No Surprises.

    • We've got you covered. All prices displayed on our website for your region are inclusive of VAT. We pre-pay all duties and taxes, so the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There will be no additional customs charges upon delivery.

  • FOR ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS (Zones A, B, F, G, H, I):

    • Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) - Your Responsibility.

    • Your order is shipped on a DDU basis, which means that the prices displayed are exclusive of all local import duties and taxes.

    • As the recipient, you are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these may be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are not responsible for these fees.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the tracking portal. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking status to update.

5. Additional Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Car Life Store is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Potential Delays: The delivery times provided are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • P.O. Boxes: We recommend providing a physical street address, as some international carriers are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
